All <strong>pilot on duty<\/strong>\u00a0are fully qualified pilots who combine their duties as on-call pilots with their normal flying duties.<\/p>\n<p>An pilot on duty, permanently present at the station lookout, organizes the designation of pilots for the ships. This person is also always available to answer questions from the harbour master&#8217;s office, ship&#8217;s agents or captains.
