Former captains, they previously sailed for Marfret in the case of one, and Perenco in the case of the other. For the record, pilots in Le Havre, and elsewhere in France, are recruited by competitive examination.<\/p>\n<p>These are organized at the request of resort presidents, by the Directions D\u00e9partementales des Territoires et de la Mer (DDTM) on the decision of the Directions Inter-r\u00e9gionales de la Mer (DIRM).
